Our history

Habitations Atlas was founded in 2016 by Renaud Gouin-Labrosse, his father and other business partners eager to innovate and build sustainable, energy-efficient projects. We saw a strong future in green building and embarked on this life-long mission, which continues to evolve and exceed expectations, day after day.

Community Involvement

We are committed to developing healthy and happy communities. We’re proud to bring new homes and new life to communities with projects that benefit as many people as possible. We also donate a portion of our profits to community organizations and foundations supporting local children and their families. This will never change.
